Catching poos off and on over the last week or so… more caught than not, incredibly! Also amazing to see PJ using his hands over the last couple of days. He is playing with his whoozit right now. So quiet as he turns it and pulls on it and tries to put it in his mouth!

Another new trick he has since Thursday (I think) is crying. He will get upset about something – you can see he’s thinking about it, his eyebrows get red, and he screws his face up and yowls! It’s different from his previous crying. It makes me want to cry! What is it?! What is it?! I guess he’s just finding his voice. Something new like this always makes me a bit nervous. Will I be able to figure out what he needs? What is bothering him? Mostly I think he has been doing it when he’s tired. But he’s also slobbering a lot which means he is probably teething, too.

PJ after a few crying fits where Mom tried everything she knew! He finally just fell asleep.

Still has the gas in the morning. When are we going to be delivered from this!? It has gotten better in that it doesn’t usually start really badly until 6 or 7, but it seems more intense because he’ll really flail and sometimes cry a bit. I think I’m going to try just eating plain fruit and vegetables and meat today to see if that helps (eliminating grains & dairy). I’m sort of at a loss here. It could just be immature digestive tract… but I am still noticing little eczema patches… So I just keep wondering if it’s still something I’m eating… I guess you always wonder if you’re doing all you can do for these little guys!
