PJ has been using an insult on us for weeks. He says, “You are DUCKLESS!” and sometimes follows it up with “You are DUCKLESS to ME!” We have been mystified as to what this means. Well, I was chatting with my friend Michelle at church today and told her about it. Immediately, she laughed and said, “Ridiculous?” Eureka! We tried it out on PJ and sure enough, that’s what he’s trying to say. I have no idea where he got that. We usually use the word silly… not ridiculous… I’ll have to pay more attention to see where he’s getting this.
Now if we can just figure out where he’s getting “Abunday! Here I come!” as he runs away with one fist upraised…
